Will my progress be wiped?

RiftArmada is in open beta, and the economy, the ladder and the maps are still changing underneath you. When the game officially launches, every beta account and everything on it (characters, levels, Credits, Rift Crystal and gear) is wiped, and everyone starts fresh.

We will announce it well before it happens. The beta page is the full version of this and it is the one that stays current.

A wipe is not a support issue and a ticket cannot undo one. If something disappeared and there was no wipe, that is a bug and worth reporting.
